Good and amazing location in a good area next to the supermarket, and the best mountains in the pyrenees.

The staff was cordial and nice, nothing to complain about. The location was central, brilliant to the surrounding mountains. And we were adjacent to shops, restaurants, and walking trekking activities.

Its decent base for visiting some must see attractions in Luz-Saint-Sauveur.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Luz-Saint-Sauveur and had a great experience. The location was fantastic, with stunning views and a short walk to the village. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The apartment had a well-equipped kitchen, allowing us to self-cater, and the bathroom had plenty of hot water. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Excellent room and location, we were two but the room could fit five. Good infrastructure in the room, good bath.

Internet was not available in the room, only in the reception - the biggest problem is that reception closes at 9 pm, by which time were not back yet. You have to clean the room after yourself, which is not very practical for a short trip with little time to spend. Stiil, qualities were way better than these two issues.

We loved the indoor pool and saunas. The kitchen was great and the room was comfortable. Good value for money.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the stunning Midi Pyrenees region. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to beautiful natural attractions like the Cirque de Gavarnie. The hotel was well-equipped for both summer and winter visits, offering a range of facilities such as a swimming pool, sauna, and hammam. The highlight for me was the stunning mountain views from my room, which made waking up every morning a delight. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Additionally, the cooking facilities in the room were excellent, allowing me to prepare meals and save money on dining out.

Excellent reception on arrival with very good English speaking skills. Stayed in the 3 Comfort room which was beautifully decorated and intelligently designed. The hotel is very well located and near the centre of town, with a brisk walk to shops. Swimming pool was a bit cold, around 26 degrees, but not too bad seeing that the temperature outside was -8 degrees. Overall very impressed and would stay there again.

The bathroom is a bit empty with no space to store toiletries, in contrast with the rest of the unit with ample storage space.

I had a very pleasant stay at Residence Val De Roland. The staff were amazing, friendly, and excellent every time I needed help. I really enjoyed the mountain view from the classic apartment. The hotel was in an unbeatable and magnificent location close to the Pyrenees, the best mountains, and the town shops.
